Is GatherFaith really free to start?

Yes. The Seed plan is completely free for churches with up to 50 members. No credit card required, no trial period. You can use it as long as you need.

How long does it take to set up?

Most churches are up and running within 15 minutes. You create an account, name your church, and start adding members. No complicated configuration or IT knowledge required.

Can I import our existing member list?

Yes. You can add members individually or use our self-registration portal where members sign themselves up. We are working on CSV import for bulk uploads.

Is our church data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each church's data is completely isolated. We use industry-standard security practices, and your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Do we need to install anything?

No. GatherFaith is a web application that works in any modern browser. It also works as a Progressive Web App (PWA), meaning your team can add it to their phone's home screen and use it like a native app.

Can multiple staff members use it at the same time?

Yes. GatherFaith supports multiple user roles — Admin, Pastor, Staff, Group Leader, and Member. Each person gets the access level they need.

Question 7

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your data belongs to you. If you ever decide to leave, you can export your information. We do not hold your data hostage. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
